Does a patio need building approval?
Nearly always, yes — patios are structural and need engineering and a building certifier. We include this in the quote and manage the process so you are not chasing paperwork.
What is the difference between insulated and single-skin roofing?
Insulated panels have a foam core that cuts heat and noise dramatically — the difference under a Queensland summer sun is significant. Single skin is cheaper and fine for a carport or a shaded aspect.
Can you match the patio roof to my house?
Yes. Colorbond comes in the standard range so we can generally match or complement your existing roof and fascia colours. We bring samples to the quote.
